  • Location Data: We collect precise and approximate location data (GPS coordinates) when you use the app to accurately map your physical store for local customer deliveries.
  • Camera and Photo Library Access: We require access to your device's camera and photo library strictly for capturing and uploading KYC documents, business certificates, and store photographs.
  • Financial Information: We collect your bank account details (Account Number, IFSC code) strictly to process payouts for your completed orders.
  • KYC Documents: Government-issued identification (including PAN and Aadhaar), business permits (GST, FSSAI, MSME), and related documentation required for regulatory compliance, identity verification, and fraud prevention.
  • Razorpay: Our secure payment processing partner for handling financial transactions and merchant payouts.

2Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices:

  • All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using AES-256 encryption.
  • We use Supabase as our backend service provider, which maintains SOC 2 Type II compliance.
  • KYC documents are stored in secure, access-controlled storage with limited personnel access.
  • Regular security audits and penetration testing are conducted.

3Third-Party Services

We integrate with the following third-party services to provide our platform:

  • Supabase: Database and authentication services.
  • Expo: App infrastructure and push notification services.
  • Payment Processors: Secure payment processing partners for financial transactions.

Each third-party service maintains their own privacy policy and data handling practices.

  • Account data is retained for the duration of your active merchant partnership.
  • Upon account deletion request, personal data is removed within 30 days.
  • Transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years for legal and tax compliance.
  • You may request data deletion by contacting us or using the in-app account deletion feature.
